Research on Technology Innovation Environment Evaluation Based on Unascertained Measure

摘要：

The technology innovation environment determines the quality of the technology innovation ability. Therefore, this paper firstly builds an evaluation index system based on the characteristic of technology innovation environment and evaluation model based on unascertained measure. Finally, take Liaoning province as the example, analyzes its technology innovation environment.
