Study on Human Capital Pricing Game Model of Enterprise Manager
I use game theory to analyze the formation mechanism on the human capital value of enterprise managers, and found that the mechanism of enterprise managers human capital pricing model is dependent on certain genetic and social structure and can be replicated, there is an important impact for the development process of Chinese enterprises. This paper attempts to construct a coordination game model to analyze the strategy selection process on managers human capital pricing game between investor and manager.
