Performance Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Human Resource Information System Based on BSC

This paper set up a human resources information system performance evaluation index system which based on the balanced scorecard, by using the analytic hierarchy process determines the weight coefficient of index system. Then we construct the human resources information system performance comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics theory,and the group of Dalian HongFu performance level of human resource information systems are analyzed. Results showed that the sequence of the four aspect which belong to the Dalian HongFu group human resource information systems performance is as follows: the internal process dimension, financial dimension, customer dimension, learning and growth dimension, the first two dimensions are above the comprehensive performance level, while the last two are below the comprehensive performance level.We also analyze the human resources information system and find out the existing problems when Dalian HongFu group human resources information system operates, meanwhile put forward the corresponding development strategy.
