Comprehensive Study on Knowledge Creation Capacity Evaluation of Shandong Province from four Indicators

摘要：

Through present situation analysis on the knowledge creation abilitys of Shandong Province, as well as comparison with other regions that surpass Shandong Provinces, discovering the disparity, finding the problems and clearing about the weak links have the important strategic sense. It is helpful in speeding up the region innovation ability, speeding up the region innovation system construction, to realize the economy to be good for the quick development.
