Study on Supply Chain Management Strategies of Sports Goods Company
Taking Nikes supply chain management (SCM) strategies as an example, this article, based on Nikes development, adopts research methods of document and questionnaire to study the SCM strategies implemented by Nike, including setting the strategic objectives of SCM, creating virtual company SCM, establishing the customer-focused SCM, developing agile SCM model and cluster cultural strategies. In addition, the paper will offer suggestions to the general sports goods companies in the implementation of SCM, expecting to provide references for sports goods companies in formulating SCM strategies.
