Explore on Customer Relationship Management Based on Integrated Supply Chain

On the base of interpretation of customer relationship management(CRMbased on integrated supply chain, the market advantage of CRM based on integrated supply chain compared with that of a single enterprise is further illustrated, and then the system mode and operating mechanism of CRM based on integrated supply chain are discussed. The emphasis of the study is put on reorganizing cooperative enterprises superior resources into integrated core competence by changing ideas, modifying mode, and perfecting the cooperative mechanism and interest distribution mechanism, to serve customers effectively and participate in the competition. Eventually, a win-win situation that both the value of enterprises and that of their customers are maximized will be achieved.
