摘要：

High-quality personnel and professional staff is the core elements of competitive advantage in the third-party logistics enterprises. The core business of the future companies changes from operating customers to operating talents, staff training becomes a top priority. This paper analyzes the current situations and problems of the training in the third party logistics enterprises, and build a third-party logistics training system on this basis.
