The Operation Analysis and Optimization Management of International Logistics Network

摘要：

International logistics system connects with the producers of exporting country on one end, connects with the consumers of importing country on the other end, which is a complicated operating system. International trade and operation competition require that the logistics costs of international logistics system is lower, the service level is high, the efficiency is high. So it requires to carry out systematic analysis and optimized management of international logistics. The paper puts forward optimization strategy from three aspects network planning of international logistics, information efficiency of international logistics and operation process of international logistics in order to achieve the efficiency and optimization of international logistics system operation.
