Distribution of Benefit of the Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprise Alliance: Based on the Theory of Symbiosis
Based on the symbiosis theory, from the viewpoint of symbiosis stability and combining the small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance itself, Benefit distribution principle for the small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance is put forward in this paper. According to the principle, first, it analyzes the factors that affect the alliance interests, then based on these various factors, builds a model of benefit distribution with comprehensively considering these influencing factors. The application shows that this method can reflect fairness and reasonableness of profit distribution, so it can promote the stability of logistics enterprises alliance.
