The Evaluation of ShanDong Coastal Cities Circular Economy Efficiency Based on DEA

摘要：

According to the circular economy 3R principle and regional characteristics, established a set of evaluation index system of circular economy for coastal cities, and applied the DEA method to do the transverse evaluation to circular economy of the coastal city in Shandong province. The evaluation result is every city comes to DEA effective, predictably, circular economy development in coastal cities of Shandong province are in good condition.
