Problems and Countermeasures in Pushing Architecture Energy Saving in China

摘要：

In China, there are some problems in pushing the architecture energy saving, such as dim energy saving consciousness, lag energy saving education, incomplete energy saving laws and codes, weak economic regulating measures, and etc. This paper analyses the current situation of the Chinese architecture energy saving and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in the respects of quickly establishing and revising the architecture energy saving standards, establishing and completing the architecture energy saving laws and codes, implementing the economic stimulating policies considering the result of the standard implementation, strengthening administrative supervising system, and etc.
