Study on the Access Assessment on the Process of Building Green University
Green university has presented to build for more than ten years. Its assessment index system has been not unified although it has been constructed from the different-points of view. But fewer results about the methods are given to assess the admittance of the process to build green uninversity. The process goals of building green university are summarized, and the access assessment indicators system is constructed, after its process is analyzed, systematically. In order to evaluate a university whether has got admittance to green university, the access assessment model is given by Multi-layered Fuzzy comprehension assessment method. And the shortcoming is analyzed when a university is refused to admittance to green university. It is prove that it is available by an example to evaluate the processes of eight universities in Shandong Province.
