Monitoring and Protecting river health in Artificial Immunity
Biological immune system can be effectively used in various immune mechanism to protect organism from pathogens, in order to make sure the living organism in a healthy condition. Inspired by the immune system, the Artificial Immune System is starting now, as it is a new field of computational intelligence research, it provides a powerful information processing and problem solving methods. The environment of river is similar with environment, where biological organisms are living, full of complexity,uncertainty and other unpredictable factors. Thereupon, a new study from the viewpoint of ecological system is coming, namely to river health. The artificial immune way for river health monitoring and protecting process is equivalent to a biological immune response to the disease, its principle is based on three processes which are river surveillance, river prevention and rivers memory. Based on the immunity identification model, rivers health protection system is as the same as biological immune system which can react to potential hazard factor, it can effectively maintain river system in healthy condition, and the process is to restrain or eliminate the latent river health crisis by rivers crisis prevention measures.
