Study of the Influence of Design Department on the Cost Management of Hydraulic Engineering
Under the existing laws and regulations, cost management in the implementation phase primarily, focuses on the accurate measurement of actual engineering quantities and the determined changes of reasonable unit price of projects; which the actual settlement of project has lesser influence on the total cost; while the key point to the construction project cost is the design stage, which occurs before project implemented. That is to say, the cost composed by design proposal, construction methods and conditions and so on determines the scale of the total cost.
