Analysis of Business Hall Service Management of Chinese Banks
As an important marketing and service place, business hall of the bank is not only a customer service window, but also a key battleground of Chinese and foreign banks. How to strengthen the management of business hall service is a tough challenge for Chinese banks. This paper analyzed many deficiencies of business hall service management of Chinese banks. To improve the management of business hall service, it is important for Chinese banks to change service concept, strengthen guidance to customers, arrange service windows scientifically, optimize banking process, perfect facilities, know the customers and perfect incentive mechanism to arouse initiative of bank clerk.
