The Moderation Effect of Perceived Social Support between Role Stressors and EmployeesWork Attitude
To explore the relationship between role stressors and employees work attitude, including employees satisfaction and turnover intention, and find out the moderation effect between them, more than 900 employees from Beijing and Hangzhou were assessed by scales of role stressors, employees satisfaction, turnover intention and perceived social support respectively. The results of regression showed that role conflict, role ambiguity and role overload were negatively related to employees satisfaction, positively related to turnover intention. Perceived social support played as a moderator between role conflict and employees satisfaction, role ambiguity and turnover intention.
