Safety Assessment of Gangue Dump Based on AHP and Fault Tree Analysis

摘要：

The gangue piled up in a long time not only impacts environment, but also does harm to personnel safety, which can grow to be hidden hazards. In this paper, the hazard source was identified in gangue dump with AHP, and analyzed by Fault Tree Analysis Method. It shows that AHP and Fault Tree Analysis Method can find out the hazards in gangue dump. The precautionary and management measures for the gangue dump were put forward and used in practical, which can improve the ability of managing gangue discharge and reduce the occurrence of dangerous accidents in gangue dump.
