Application of the Non-contact Electromagnetic Consumption Technique in Anti-Hunting

With the change of rail direction the rotation occurs at the bogie when the train moves into the curve, but the conventional hydraulic shock absorber restricts this rotation to a certain extent. It also can increase wear between the wheel and rail. In practical applications, this hydraulic shock absorber is also easy to damage and the service life is short. Therefore, combining the characteristics of rail transportation equipment, the hydraulic shock absorber adopted in trains at present are analyzed and the application of the non-contact electromagnetic consumption technique in anti-hunting was put forward in this paper to better resolve the problem of hunting between the wheel and the rail.
