Improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Method and its Application on Safety Evaluation of Fuel Depot
In this paper the fuzzy sets theory is used to build the fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation model. The multilevel fuzzy safety evaluation method is put forward, and the weight of each factor and evaluation unit can be calculated by using improved analytic hierarchy process method. Evaluating by this method the judgment matrices and consistency test in AHP analysis can by avoided to simplifying the safety evaluation method.
