Analysis on the Key Elements of the Management System for Mine Safety Performance

摘要：

This paper analyses the characteristics of the management system of mine safety performance and builds up an element system for the management system of mine safety performance. It also compares and explains the differences between mines based on macro mine safety performance and traditional mines concerning development, capital structures and mine objectives. Finally, it provides a strategy and framework for the development of mines based on macro mine safety performance.
