Fault Tree Analysis of Oil Tank Electrostatic Fire
This paper analyzes the reasons of oil tank electrostatic fire by applying Fault Tree Analysis. It establishes a fault tree including a top event and 19 basic events. The top event is oil tank electrostatic fire. Through analysis, 6 minimum path sets are obtained and corresponding importance degrees are calculated, the main fire reasons and corresponding improvement measures are discussed qualitatively. The results will provide theoretical guidance of tank safety management for relevant enterprises.
