Study on the Game Model of Safety Investment Guarantee Mechanism in Coal Enterprises
Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the safety of coal enterprises, the game model between government, insurance company, industry association, and safety investment behavior of coal enterprises, as well as the game model of safety management department and employees in coal enterprise were developed, and the equilibriums were analyzed. It demonstrated the restrictiveness and dependences between the government, insurance company, industry association and safety investment behaviors of coal enterprises. Then it is concluded that the government is the surveillant of safety investment, coal enterprises is the safety investors, insurance company and industry association advance the safety investment as the third party, and the safety management department of coal enterprise supervises the employees to work. All of players coordinate with each other to guarantee the effectiveness of the functions of safety investment. These results offer the theory foundation of the construction of safety investment guarantee mechanism in coal enterprises.
