A Discussion of Economic Method for Coal Mine Safety Production

摘要：

Based on the analysis of Chinas coal mine safety production, some problems which are the unfair market competition, the loss of the national resource profit, and the lower utility of the national resource are obtained in the resource tax management of China. By the analysis of causes of those problems, some measures are put forth in the reform of the resource tax.
