Theoretical Research and Program Design on CRM Training of the Plateau Flight

This paper analyzes the special effects of plateau flight on plane and pilots, and the current application of CRM training and research status. It is designed to provide the theoretical basis and training programs for the plateau flight CRM training. Try to set a training model of CRM for the plateau flight with the CRM training based on the existing theory and model studies, as well as set the evaluating standard.
