Applied Study on Performance Evaluation of Animation Enterprise Based on Balanced Scorecard
Animation enterprise as a representative of the sunrise industry, because of its specificities, how to comprehensive evaluate its performance has became a new problem. This paper according to the features and development strategies of animation enterprises and use the Balance Scorecard to establish a performance evolution indicators system of animation enterprise in 4 different dimensions, which are finance, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. Then use fuzzy comprehensive judgement evaluate the indicator system, for the purpose of promoting the animation enterprise concern and improve performance.
