The Model Construction and the Empirical Research on Satisfaction of the Fitness Sport Industry
The questionnaire on the satisfaction of fitness sport industry has been established by literature and expert interviews. The model of fitness sport satisfaction is constructed according to the survey index which is sifted by confirmatory analysis of the impact factors of fitness sport satisfaction from four dimensions—government services, fitness facilities, fitness services and fitness consumption by the structural equation modeling(SEM). The studies have indicated that (1) the model of fitness sport satisfaction is composed of 32 items and 4 dimensions; (2) the dimension of government services influences the other three dimensions in the model with significant contribution to the satisfaction of fitness sport industry;(3) all the fitted data in the model are authentic and can be applied as research instruments.
