On Accountability Mechanism of Injury Insurance Based HR Dispatch

摘要：

The HR dispatch has led to the decentralization of employer liability, injury insurance liability is also facing decentralization trend. In the context that HR dispatch has become competitive strategy, the traditional single enterprise assumes responsibility for injury insurance system encountered unprecedented challenges. To meet this challenge, this article summarizes the relevant experience at home and abroad, then discusses a new mechanism that the dispatching-labor employer assumes the responsibility for injury social insurance, and the using dispatched-labor employer assumes the responsibility for injury commercial insurance.
