Research on how Characteristics Can Forecast the Vocational Mental Diathesis of Locomotive Stewards

摘要：

The paper makes research on the relationship between vocational mental diathesis and personality of locomotive stewards. The paper evaluate the sample stewards with vocational mental diathesis test software, to analyze the relevant between MBTI results and mental diathesis test indexes and then to conclude the profession personality of locomotive stewards, which supports the selection, evaluation, training and management of locomotive stewards.
