A Study on Export Credit Risk Management of Chinese Enterprises Based on Game Theory
Export credit has become one of the key methods of competition which contributes to overseas transactions in the context of buyers market. However, it causes a large number of accounts receivable, even bad loan or bad debt. Bad debt rate of Chinese export enterprises has been up to 5%, which not only damages the interests of the enterprises, but also undermines the national economic interests. This paper analyzes the risks under different modes of international settlement, discusses the causes of export credit from the perspective of Game Theory, and puts forward some measures to avoid risks for Chinese enterprises when export credit is employed.
