Research of the staff training based on the theory of human capital investment
The staff training is a major form of human capital investment and its achievement of value-added. The quality of the staff training makes a direct impact on the enterprise human capital investment. In this paper, it firstly defines the relevant concepts in order to study the idea clearly. Then, it analyzed the harm of the existing problems, demonstrating the need for training. In addition, the article makes the analysis of the cost and benefit of such training. On this basis, the enterprises can choose for the size of the cost of training according their own characteristics to achieve their expected return on investment. At last, it selected and inducted the content and methods for staff training, followed by an analysis of their characteristic, based on the previous research, so the enterprises can select the appropriate training programs with their own human capital investment strategy.
