Study on Overwork Problem of the Intellectuals

Intellectuals are the key of organizations access to powerful competitiveness, and they are the decisive resource of the countrys rapid development. But in recent years, overwork problem of intellectuals is serious, resulting in a Karoshi phenomenon, which has aroused great concern. We excavate the cause of intellectuals overwork problem, identify the decision-making of ease of Intellectuals overworkproblem, protect the health of intellectuals and inspire the potential of intellectuals for the organization and the community to make greater contributions to sustainable development.
