Study on Relational contracts during Profit Distribution in High-Technology Enterprises Entrepreneurship Cooperation
By analyzing some problems during profit distribution in high-technology enterprises entrepreneurship cooperation, we know that cooperation is not only restrained by the formal contract, Based on this, a game model is put forward in order to verify the hypothesis, relational contact is more important to deep cooperation. Finally, some optimized programs are also put forward for the design of relation contracts.
