Ethical Mechanism Construction of Enterprise Network Marketing
As Chinas rapid development of enterprise network marketing, there are a number of ethical issues arising in the network marketing, which impede economic development. This paper analyzes a number of unethical issues whose formation are closely related to the characteristics of network marketing in the enterprise network marketing process, which does enormous harm. And the paper suggested that we should adhere to the combination of the external and internal self-restraint mechanism through legal norms of sound management of network marketing, evaluation system of network marketing ethics, consumer education, ethical rules and regulations of networking marketing, enterprise culture in order to strengthen the ethical construction of enterprise network marketing.
