The Analysis of Talents Selection Mechanisms Based on the Framework of Game Theory

摘要：

In this paper, two models (Sequential Game and Repeated Game) are set up on the basis of Game Theory to analysis two different mechanisms of talents selection--horse-picking and horse-racing. By the analysis of models, it is concluded that if the enterprise adopts the mechanism of horse-racing, it can availably select the best people more efficiently.
