Survey on university teachers job satisfaction, which relates to the benefit of the teachers directly, is one of the important facts to teaching. More importantly, it is the deciding element. To the reform of high school and development of regional economy. The article tries to find the true fact of high school through investing three high schools of Province Liaoning, and to provide some suggestions for the reform of high school.
