Human Capital and Realization of its Right

摘要：

The establishment of human capital and physical capital as the capital of the corresponding areas, has become the corporate property system and deepening the reform of income distribution, reduce the income gap between the community the important theoretical and practical issues. In this paper, the right human capital gains based on the theoretical definition, combined with the concrete practice of China, drawing on international experience and theoretical research on Chinas Human Capital Measurement and the right way to achieve a depth and made specific policy recommendations.
