The Compensation Intensive System Design of Knowledge workers
Knowledge-based employees are core workers of the corporation. Building incentive compensation system is an important way to retain core workers and improve their performance. This paper, based on Davenports way for classifying knowledge-base employees, analyses their job characteristics and management difficulties. Then, the author analyses workers Career design and built a new style flexible compensation system.
