Based on the data analysis 2000 to 2006, Heilongjiang provincial government financial investment in agriculture, a detailed description of its status, the total financial investment in agriculture increased steadily in the volatility, growth, accounting for the proportion of agricultural GDP, accounting for the proportion of financial expenditure, investment structure. That the total of government finance investment in agriculture is lack, the relative small-scale, the structure of financial investment in agriculture is not quite reasonable, financial agricultural investment funds management mechanism is not sound problems in three areas, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
