Study of Factors Impacting the Entrepreneurial Willingness of Homecoming Mingrant Workers: Case of Yibin Country Sichuan Province

摘要：

Nowadays the entrepreneurship of homecoming migrant workers is a hot spot and difficult problem. The key of promoting the homecoming migrant workers to start a business is to figure out its factors impacting their entrepreneurial willingness. Empirical studies in this paper shows that the homecoming migrant workers willingness of entrepreneurship in Yibin country is mainly affected by their gender, age, educational qualifications, years of the family net income, risk taking, autonomy, motivation of the achievement, acquire resources, future employment, entrepreneurial culture and families support etc.
