Detection and Power Spectrum of Creeping Sound of Insects in Stored Grain
The random acoustic source model of insects creeping in stored grain is developed. For Tribolium castaneum Herbst adults in wheat, soybean, corn, respectively, and for Tribolium castaneum Herbst adults,Alphitobius diaperinus Panzer adults, Sitophilus oryzae Linnaeus adults and Tribolium castaneum Herbst mixed with Sitophilus oryzae Linnaeus in wheat, the creeping sound signals are detected. Then the power spectrum characteristics are analyzed, and also the power spectrums of the creeping sound of mixed insects in stored grain are pilotly studyed. The results show the creeping sound is periodic,The creeping sounds of different insects or different grains have different basic frequency and secondary frequency, which majorly caused by the texture, shape and size of grain and insects.By the power spectrum characteristics of the creeping sound can distinguish mixed insects in grain.
