Research on the Evolutionary of Vertical Organization Relationship of China Dairy Industry Chain
Chinas dairy industry has been lasting nearly one hundred since the birth from the last century, its vertical organizational relationship has undergone from scratch, and has a evolutional process from the vertical integration fully to the diversity, which promoted the improvement in dairy industry, and then the development of national economy correspondingly. This paper frames the evolutionary model, based on the institutional economics, according to the evolution of dairy industry chain vertical organizational relationship depending on the influencing factors including government policies and increasing dairy demand, meanwhile combining the status, function in national economy and itself developing regular pattern, and a qualitative analysis which is objectively and exactly is done as well in order to understand all kinds of changing factors and their functions clearly during the evolution process, moreover offers a reference for other industry chain evolutions of vertical organizational relationship.
