Talent Flow of Economics of Agricultural and Forestry University

摘要：

This article depends on the employment data of 2006-2009 graduates to calculate and analysis their employment trend. And then, the paper makes clear the employment trends in the flow of talent of economic management graduates in Agricultural and Forestry University and reveals the fundamental factors driving the flow of talent.
