Influence Factors Research of Meteorological Service Public Satisfaction

The service degree of satisfaction is between the target client sensation benefit and its expected value disparity psychological sensation. Research on the evaluation of meteorological service public degree of satisfaction is a good way to improve service quality level for meteorological apartments and it can provide a scientific basis for their long development. This article constructs the meteorological service public degree of satisfaction evaluation model from the multi-disciplinary angles by making various improvements in domestic and foreign existing mainstream customer degree of satisfaction evaluation models.
