The Minimum Wage Evaluation Model based on Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
In this paper, it is found that the affects weights of education, work experience, personal skills and industry to the minimum wage are separately 26%, 27%. 27%,20% respectively, which is obtained from the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model while the city of Ningbo is taken as example. The results show that the unemployed people work experience and personal skills are required from the employers more than the other two factors, which are in line with the actual situation, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
