Analysis on Capability of Independent Innovation in Hebei Iron and Steel Industry

摘要：

In the current international economic crisis and domestic mode shift of the economic development, iron and steel industry in Hebei needs further and indepth adjustment of product structure, to enhance industrial competitiveness. In this article, it analysis the results from innovation and product cost-effective in terms of both iron and steel industry in Hebei provinces independent innovation ability descriptively. On this basis, this article has built the index system of iron and steel industry which evaluates the ability of independent innovation. The results showed that, Hebei Province is located in the last one in the five provinces.
