The Evaluation of Circular Economy Development Level based on Principle Components Analysis in Jiangsu province

摘要：

For the evaluation problem of circular economy development level, we build the evaluation index system of circular economy development level from three areas : economic and social,resource and ecoenvironmental systems. We evaluate the circular economy development level of Jiangsu province using the method of principle components analysis. The results show that there is a rising trend for circular economy development level of Jiangsu province over the past decades,while resource and eco-environmental systems play a crucial role in the development of circular economy. Thus,it is top priority to utilize resources effectively and protect the ecological environment for promoting the circular economy development level.
