The Current Situation, Problems and Solutions of Shanghai Science and Technology Awards Incentive Mechanism

摘要：

The incentive mechanism of science and technology awards plays a pivotal role in motivating scientific innovation. According to the 2008 Shanghai Science and Technology Awards projects, a questionnaire survey was carried on in view of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of science and technology awards. We conducted the problem analysis according to the results of the survey and put forward the corresponding suggestions with the purpose of perfecting the incentive mechanism.
