Game Analysis on Introduction of Reward and Punishment Mechanisms into Performance Appraisal of University Teachers

University teachers capacity and enthusiasm are directly related to the quality of talent training and the survival and development of their own. To improve university teachers enthusiasm and capacity, many colleges and universities attempt to build a performance appraisal mechanism for university teachers, seeking to make a scientific evaluation of their performance and introduce reward and punishment mechanism to urge teachers to choose making efforts. This paper analyzed the deficiency in the old performance appraisal and built one performance appraisal Game model which introduces reward and punishment mechanism and the other game model which does not. On this basis, the paper analyzed how to use reward and punishment mechanism and improve performance appraisal system on university teachers in order to induce teachers to choose making efforts.
