An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Core Dynamic Capabilities and Sustainable Competitive Advantage
scholars pay close attention to the issue whether dynamic capabilities can be the resource of competitive advantage in the strategic management domain. Firstly this paper sets up a theoretic analysis framework between core dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage by transforming the concept dynamic capabilities into core dynamic capabilities which are more operatable. And then we select zhejiangs software industry as the objective for empirical study. After using questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis to test the suppositions, we come to the conclusion that core dynamic capabilities impact competitive advantage by reconfigurating functional capabilities. At last some interrelated discussions are made.
