Study on the Correlation between Employee Job Satisfaction and Job Performance in Private Enterprises
This paper adopts the empirical method to analyze the correlation between employee job satisfaction and job performance in private enterprises. Results show that standards of job satisfaction are correlated with standards of job performance; as far as the correlation between job satisfaction and task performance is concerned, external job satisfaction leads to task performance and the latter leads to internal job satisfaction; as far as the correlation between job satisfaction and contextual performance is concerned, internal job satisfaction leads to changes in contextual performance, but external job satisfaction does not trigger a change in contextual performance.
